Which method is easiest for removing/replacing the motor mounts? Is it possible without taking out the engine? Whats the trick?

The motor mount is a two piece thing. One is bolted to the motor the other is bolted to the frame. i only need to replace the piece bolted to the motor. There's a bolt that holds the two peices together, i have removed it but i cannot get the last bolt on the motor piece. i've already jacked the motor up as far as it will go with out taking it out, am i just going tohave to remove the engine for just one bolt?
