Default Trailer wires on a 2 door?

1992 GMC S-15, TBI, 5-speed manual..

I've been trying to find the trailer harness connector on my 2-door Jimmy, and of course it is not where the owner's manual says it should be.. I've looked near the tailgate inside the vehicle, and on the driver side frame rail.. I could look better on the frame rail, but there don't seem to be any wires past the fuel tank, so I thought I'd ask..

Does anybody know if the 2-doors have a trailer harness like the 4-doors are supposed to, or do I have to splice into it? I can do that, I just don't really want to..

Thanks
