upper ball joint removal
does any one here have a video or a good description on removing the upper ball joints on a 1992 S10, 4x4 Blazer. I am about to attempt this but would like some good directions, I have use of air tools, lift, and OTC u joint press with ball joint adapters do the axles have to be removed or better yet what has to be removed to make this go some what easy?
Thanks for any or all info.

Take off the wheel. Unbolt the ABS sensor. Pop the ball joint from the steering knuckle with a ball joint removal tool or a pickle fork and BFH.
Chisel off rivet heads, drill out rivets enough to drive out with BFH and large punch.
Install new ball joint, bolt heads on the underside and nuts topside (won't chew up the steering knuckle this way). Put steering knuckle under new ball joint and jack up with jack until the threads stick through, then install castle nut and torque to specs. Tighten as needed to line up cotter pin holes, then install cotter pin.
Make sure you have reinstalled the ABS sensor bracket when you bolted the ball joint to upper control arm. Reinstall wheel.
