Default window clip troubles

hey everyone. hope all is good. i have an issue with my blazer. its a 91 chevy s10,4.3 l engine.a while back the clips on the passenger side broke and now the window completely falls off the track when it gets rolled down.i went to a shop and they wanted like 40 bucks.thats to much. can anyone tell me how to fix this problem myself? is it difficult to replace these window clips/guides? thanx in advance for the tips.

The little plastic ones that go in the back of the window? They are like 5 bucks in the help section at autozone. Sometimes they are a pain to snap on but usually a easy 10 second job

I did it in my 84'. It's a pretty simple job. Just had to take the door panel off, and then unbolt the roller from the glass and then the glass will come right out. If you have power windows it might be a little different, as I am not sure about that setup. Also make sure you grab the right clips. I grabbed the wrong ones and they broke going on. Went back and got the right ones and they worked great.

im confused are the rest of you guys and me talking about the same part? are you talking about the little snap on piece that snaps onto the side of the glass like towards the back of the back of the truck? you shouldnt have to remove the door panel. just roll the window down so it pops out like it usually does. snap it on then snap it back into the window rail done.

abig84 you are right you can do that, there are 3 clips though, two on the rear side and 1 on the front. If you have to do the one on the rear bottom you need to remove the panel to gain access to it. I had to do all 3 so I just took the whole window out of the door.
