The radio thing is standard RAP (retained accessory power) and should include power remaining to the windows as well (until you open the doors). As far as the doors not locking...???

Have you had some recent service work done? Anything with the PCM been modified? I believe the RAP and rolling lock functions can be turned on and off with a Tech2 at the dealership, but I could be wrong on that...

Well, on your blazer, the radio will stay on until you open the door after you take out the key, its called RAP (retained accessory power)

Im not sure on the ignition controlled door locks, but neither will be an issue with an alarm system or shaving of the door handles.

Wow, Kyle, you are quick and beat me to it!

I've got a 1998 Blazer LT with all the options. My doors never lock when I put it in gear and I purchased the truck brand new. The radio does stay on until I open a door, as mentioned above. Where are you located? I know some foriegn trucks had somefeatures that we in the U.S. didn't.

I have a 2000 LS but my door locks are not locked by putting truck in gear like my '99 Grand Am is ....if you have this feature it is controlled by the BCM computer, it needs to have the RPO programmed into the BCM if that is available on your vehicle...if you have had work done recently at the dealership it might have been accidently changed??? or not reprogrammed properly... According to my information this is supposed to be done before a PASSLOCK relearn....
