OK then....... we thought you needed help....... looks like it's turning into a fantasy........ I'm out.

It does sound like you may be better served at a forum that discusses custom engine builds/installations. I think our sweet spot here is helping DIY'ers understand their specific failures and guide them to repair them and get their daily driver back on the road.

Good luck with your project.

Cannot resist not to bring an old sentence on the art of diplomacy here. "It is to tell someone to .... so that he can feel the joy of approaching journey" LOL.

By the way, I've been to one workshop today to machine my other car brake drum. I asked about my old engine and they could make me a custom crank shaft bearing. So, even if shaft does not apply for stock over sized bearings, still may be fixed.

I stuck with the stock engine. I have way too much money tied up into it. Fired it up for the first time runs good. I only have 2 problems I'm throwing a 1345 I am guessing my timing is off. Now on the 2000 blazers can you adjust the timing. The other problem that i am having is the Fuel gauge is not working.
Thank you so much LesMyer ,Mike And George for all of your help. With Engine.
