Default where to find lube points

I have a 2003 Chevy Blazer 4x4 and looking to do a lube job myself. Is there a diagram anywhere that would show where the lube points on my vehicle is? Do you just grease till you see some starting to come out?

Turning the front wheels helps to access those inner joints. But still requires a flexible hose.
