Default 1999 Blazer question

I need some help. I am working on a 1997 Blazer, 4.3 VORTEC. It was ran out of gas, and now it skips. Any ideas on what I need to check? Thanks.

Did you try bleeding the fuel line too? There may be air in it if it ran dry..
