I just replaced the engine in my 2000 blazer and it will turn over but wont start. I checked the timing and i am sure that the distributor is in correctly but it isnt getting fuel. I tested the fuel pressure and I have 60 psi at the port. I sprayed starter fluid in the plenum and it will try to start. It acts like the injectors are not letting the fuel pass through. Did i miss a ground somewhere? I checked on the passenger side and the braid and grounds are connected there. There was one on the drivers side that i can remember. Is there a second one on the drivers side? If not does anyone know how the injectors get their signal to activate?

Figured it out. Some reason the Injectors from a 98 do not work with a 2000 vcm. go figure?

Since there is no physical difference between the injector pack on a 1998 and that which is on the 2000, there is no reason for it not to work other than a mechanical problem with the injector pack in the replacement engine (stuck poppets, stuck injectors, plugged screens, etc).
Glad you got it fixed though.
