2001 blazer won't start

crank does not turn at all. The starter just clicks, nothing all. Also today i tried to jumpstart it and did not work. I also took a video for better description.

Agree! That isnt just a click, that's a CLICK! Usually a hammer rap fixes it till next time.
But it's likely the contact disk is burnt and starter itself isnt getting power

Hello again...

Today I replaced the starter but nothing changed. New one just clicks like the old one. I also checked the voltage between 2 electrical inputs of the starter, When i do nothing it is 13Vs, when switch the key to A position it is 11 Vs and when it clicks, it is -9Vs. Is it normal? Any ideas?

Hi all,

I cleaned all of the wires with water and baking soda, it worked!!! But It takes time to start with cranking. I think I have a fuel pump problem too.
