Hello,
My 2003 s10 blazer LS v6 2door 4x4 will not start. It cranks and you can hear the odd piston fire but will not start. New battery in April 2016, It has been sitting for probably about 6 months but I started it and let it run for about half an hour once a week then all of a sudden it wouldn't start. Battery was drained to the point it would even crank but I charged it and it would crank again but no start. This all started to happen after the battery was drained. Also, something seems to be sweating, not sure what it is or what the fluid is. All suggestions, questions and comments are welcome.
Thanks.

Try spraying carb cleaner into the throttle body while turning it over and see if it fires.
If it does, most likely a fuel issue. If it does not. I would look at secondary ignition issue (plugs, wires, cap, rotor ect)
