Everytime I try to program my key fob for my blazer the vehicle won't go into program mode. I shut all the doors put the key in the ignition hold down the unlock button then i cycle on, off, on, off. I release the unlock button and the the blazer is suppose to cycle the locks to let me know it's ready for programming, it does not cycle the Locks, has anyone had the problem before, or know if I'm doing something wrong?

 

don't touch the brake

i have a pro start system so i hold don the under hood pin for 4 sec, the push it once, the cycle the key and hold the unlock button.

if yours is stock, do the locks work manually?
if not check your fuses

frustrating i know
