you gotta be a little bit more descriptive with your problem, describe what happens when you press each of those buttons

it could be any of the following......

bad dash switch
bad tccm
bad encoder motor

well a good way to start is by pulling the codes
it will definitely lead you to the problem

Most shops will pull your codes for free (with the thought that you are going to give them money to fix the problem) so just take it in and get the codes read.
