4wd wont engage need help!

Default 4wd wont engage need help!

my 4hi/4lo wont engage..light just blinks at me...when i hit the button i can hear my transfer case engage and my front driveshaft is locked in place even when im in 2hi idk what is going on here...anyone have an suggestions? im thinking the actuator has gone bad that goes into the front diff

check for vacuum ...prob a vac shot line somewhere or like you said actuator....it is located under the battery.
