[ul][*]my 95 jimmy wont engage the light comes on and when pushig the switch i can hear it clicking but not engaging just had the tranny totaly rebuilt. the sounds i hear are comming from near the transfer case[/ul]

First thing you should check is for vacuum to the front axle actuator (under the battery).
