4x4 stuck in yard in snow

ok, towtruck got me out. It was stuck in mud. Plus me being new with these, the driver told me i need sandbags in the back. I DID NOT KNOW THIS. so im gonna have to buy some sand bags.

ok so when in 2 regular driving, if i see snow etc, if im doing 30 i can just click 4 hi button and no probs? that would be much easier than stopping, putting in neutral then 4 hi!!!!!

We've answered this question several times in this thread. Yes you can press the 4hi button while you are driving. It is not recommended for driving in 4hi on dry roads, but you're fine pressing it when moving from dry to snowy roads. Captain Hook gave a great explaination:

What about shifting to AWD? Also check the vacumn lines that run to the switch on the firewall behind and up from the Dist. I did all those other checks that everyone says to do and found my problem there, the line had gotten old and broke off leaving to no vacumn to shift into any or the 4 wheel types. One time after I fix it the line fell off again and was hiding behind the dist, I played heck finding it that time also. Now I ran the vacumn line in front of the dist so I can see it all the time when I lift the hood.
