Default 95 blazer OBD1.5 :( need help with paperclip jump

I tried searching and get many conflicting reports. It has the the OBD1 sticker in the engine bay but I have a 16 pin port under the dash. My engine light is on and MPG is horrible. I want to get code but do not know how to. I have OBD2 scanners and they obv cannot help. Autozone+O'Reilly says they cant do it either

The 16pin port has the following pins: 2,4,5,9,13,16

I just need to know which two to jump to get the code from the dash. Thanks!

16 pin port is the hybrid system. Can't flash codes. Need capable OBD2 scanner to read it. I think some people have had good luck with at least some of the Actron scanners for the 1995s. Alternatively there is always the GM Tech2. Read this https://www.justanswer.com/chevy/1iz...ht-fender.html

Good luck

Looked it up - it was the Actron CP9145 that is reported to work on your vehicle. It's not made any more, so used is the only way to get one. It is a simple scanner and it is used on both OBD1 and OBD2 vehicles. Make sure you get the adapter cables that you need to hook to your vehicle. I do not have a CP9145 myself, so that is as far as I can get you.

I have not used mine in your situation but if you can find one on eBay, its a good scanner and easy to use
