95 blazer possible timing problems?? need help please

i have the same code no rebuild just did new intake gasket
i have new plugs plug wires and distributor and cap had it running but rough
saw the code looked it tried to redo 1tdc and # 6 and now it wont start at all acts like dead bat hits hard on a cylinder
any help would be appreciated thank you
