Good afternoon all.. first i must say i enjoy this sight..lots of good stuff here..i am new to it and in fact i was a ford guy until i came across this deal on my Blazer that i couldnt pass up...It was bought from a college girl that brought it here from Texas..( hence no rust )...i am in Michigan btw...it has 120,000 miles and is very well taken care of...it had a few cosmetic flaws that made the girl sell it cheap...all that i fixed super easy...Ok with that being said..my question lies in the fuel area i think...i have read many posts about the spider injector issues and i am not sure if i have the same issue...This is what it does...it runs great..doesnt miss fire..doesnt hesitate..in fact it runs really well..however it has the start up problem when hot...mash the pedal and it starts right up...then it seems to take some time to build up an idle on its own..then after that its fine like nothing is wrong... Mpg is about 19 hwy...although i havent been driving it enough lately to monitor that..(layed off) now keep in mind i am no mechanic...i dont have the test equipment,,,however i am a carpenter and i always seem to luck my way around mechanically speaking...ok thats all for now and i appreciate any comments on the subject...again i do love this truck alot...and just want to do right by it... 4.3 Vortec 2wd 4 door base...thanks again....Brian
