Default 98 blazer... Alot of things

bought this awhile ago.. about a month after getting it head gaskets went out, before that she had alot of power ran like a top, just got out of shop mechanic thinks the spider is bad? i just drove it there's little to no power acts like she's wanting to stall out(and did once when i was stopping), the guages flicker now it doesnt hardly want to shift it seems, ungodly rattling from underneath sounds like from cat and the cat is glowing red hot as well, what kind of mess did i get into... any help would be appreciated!!

head gaskets and every gasket above it replaced.. plugs and wires done.. oil was checked prior to replacing gaskets no water in oil, fuel filter was replaced as well.

Classic symptoms of a broken up and plugged catalytic converter. Probably should verify that its insides have not moved to the muffler and clogged it as well.
