98 blazer key problem
Its highly possible that the lock cylinder is worn. Did this problem exist prior to making the new keys? Or,why did you make new keys? Suggestion to all:keep your keychain weight as light as possible to reduce wear on the cylinder. step66
Found the one that didnt work, would if pulled it back slightly and jiggled. Yet the two keys lined up side by side were identical. Worn cylinder usually has troubles with the original.
I recently bought it and only had one key that came with it. I'm going to try playing with it today and jiggiling the key around and see what I can do. And I also might possibly try getting another key made, if you have any other ideas let me know. Ill keep you posted
Sure seems like it to me, Im not going to tar it apart haha, im going to leave it as it is for now. No probblem with the original key, and i got a spare to work so im going to leave it
, if you dont mind poke around and look at my other posts to help
