Default 99 blazer 8 wire harness not charging trailer battery

Forgive me, I am new to this site and was trying to get help solving a trailer charging problem. I have hooked up a 7 pin towing connecter to my truck, and found that there is no voltage on the charging wire (red wire of an 8 wire harness). is there a fuse somewhere I should look for somewhere between the fuse block and the harness connector. or do I have bigger problems?

Did the truck come stock with a 7pin? I didnt think blazers did but I might be wrong. If it is factory a lot of the time they dont hook up the positive wire or leave a fuse out. Check both fuse boxes and see if there is a spot for one. If not look around the battery or the fuse box under the hood for a loose wire. I would think it would be labeled in some way

There is a lone red wire with a terminal on the end that you put to the main positive post on the underhood fuse box.
