Default 99 Chevy Blazer gauge problem

I have a 99 Blazer and the gauges for gas and water pressure are pegged to the left, also my low gas and battery light remain on.

All other gauges and lights are fine

I am also having a problem figuring which fuse is associated with these gauges

Any ideas on what is wrong?

I had the exact same problem with the guages being pegged to one side on my '99 LS after changing out the radiator. I just smacked the dash above the instrument cluster a couple od times while driving down the road and they came back. Have not had that problem since, that was about a year and half ago.
