Looks like it should do the job just fine. Plug her in, key on, engine off, and post what you find. Hopefully we can spot something.

Go to the engine data menu, key on, engine off, and post what you find.

Some scan tools, (not all) will show "Fuel Enable", and list the status as "ON" or "OFF". You might have to look around in the scan tool to find it. With the ignition ON, see what the status is.

I found a few things :
VTD fuel disable-inactive
Cyl 1 thru 6 injector circuit status-fault
MIL circuit staus-fault

And ran some tests and this one failed:$07 data- $0C. Fail

Any clues or does this help?

"Cyl 1 thru 6 injector circuit status-fault"

Does it give any details about this?

That might be helpful information anyway. We know at least one injector is working due to the fuel pressure dropped when testing, but there might be others that aren't. At the injector harness connector, there are 6 pink wires, see if all 6 have battery voltage with the key on, engine off. Maybe try wiggling the wires while checking.
