Default ABS light/speedometer/shifting problem

My ABS light came on but everything seemed to drive fine. Then a brake light flickered for a second and I lost my speedometer and Blazer wouldn't shift into higher gears. ABS light turns off after Blazer has been restarted. Would this be a VSS issue as I read it controls ABS and speedometer? If so is this the correct on for a 2002 LS 4x4 4.3L?
Expensive version? https://shop.advanceautoparts.com/p/...310/18481043-P
Cheaper version?

Yes, seems the system does not have a VSS feedback signal, so limp mode is activated with ABS fault control. AC Delco provides a quality parts, I'd go for it. But prior ordering make sure it's not the wiring

I'm going to order it today. I was praying if I cleaned the sensor off and checked the wires it would magically work. On the way into work this morning the Blazer acted up . Should I order the AC Delco or get a BWD from Advanced today? I've always put AC part pack in but I can get the BWD today for the same price.
