Default accelerator sticking

Accelerator sticking, i.e. hard to push initially like it is binding on something, any ideas? Not once it is going, it is ok then just initially getting started.

Gummed up throttle body? For more precise information, you have to provide more details about what you are driving.

Cleaning throttle body seemed to fix it. However....new issue. When i was cleaning there looks to be a place for three silver "brads" looking down in on top of "butterfly"?? when closed. Only two are there and the middle one seems to be gone. I thought it was supposed to be totally sealed when the "butterfly" (not sure what you call it) closes. If it is missing how would this effect it? 2004 blazer 4 x 4
