Not sure, the gear was pretty tight & I had fitted it but no response. Having said that, at least when I set the a/c control to "off" at least there is no heat blowing into the cab.
The Chevy guy says it needs to be lined up correctly or something like that???? so I'm leaving it to them to get it going when they regas the a/c. I'm beyond caring, summer is almost here & I'm not gonna drive with the heater on all the time.

Bit the bullet!
Had my truck at the Chevy guys to replace an oil seal on the diff & told them to fix the heater & a/c while they had it there. 600 bucks later & all working - at long last.
Oh yea, my circlip fix didn't work! Bummer.

![Question](https://blazerforum.com/forum/images/icons/icon5.gif)
I spent over an hour last night trying to get (1) screw out !!
I went in via the glovebox access hole. I used a 1/4" 7/32 socket/rachet as well. My hands are not that big and I had a helluva time getting the socket to stay on and get it turned!
After an hour of banging my fingers I got (1) screw up about 1/64" !!
So how does one get this thing out ????
BTW, I paid $49 for a new actuator from RockAuto.com
