Default Altrnator Bracket Bolt & P/S Pulley Puller

I have a 1995 GMC Jimmy SLS. Pretty much a Blazer it think. I bought this from a friend that informed me the engine is from another vehicle and it suffered a front end collision. I thought I had a rod knock. The horrible loud knocking got worse as the engine revved. Come to find out after much exploration that the bracket that holds on the alternator is cracked. The knocking is caused by the bracket. A bolt is missing on the upper left side of this bracket when facing the engine from the front of the vehicle and the bracket cracked on the right side. This missing bolt attaches to the block and I need to know if anyone knows what size bolt this may be. I have a new bracket to replace the broken part. In addition the repair manual I have it shows a puller being used to remove the power steering pulley. Does anyone know where I can get one of these pullers? Thanks in advance to any replies.
