Are you looking for the wire route or the way to mechanically attach to the existing wiring?

If you have a lift gate, there will be a rubber bellows that covers the wires that go to the remote locks. It is located near the hinges.

If you have a tailgate, you might have something similar.

I’ll let Christine and others who have been back there help you. I have only connected to the trailer wiring.

It’s a lift gate that lifts up. So I have to run the wires up the right side of the door seal and into the bellow then back down behind the trunk bezel and into the reverse light wires?

Dang, I'm sorry. I got it in my head that you needed to get to the lift gate to mount the camera. You do not need to get into the lift gate itself.

The backup lights look to be accessible from the access panel for the jack. I just now looked and saw wires that look to go to the driverside rear lights. You will likely have to remove the body of the light to confirm which wire goes where.

All of the rear light wiring is behind the bumper. Hope this helps
