Blazer Feeling Sluggish?
#1
This might sound stupid or it might be in my head, but I have not gotten my 4WD to work properly yet. Well the other day my brother and I were driving and he thought he could push the 4wd button without anything happening. But it went into 4WD and would not come out of 4WD . I went home instantly, to disconect the battery and TCCM, to try to hope it will restart so she can get back to 2WD. I did get it back, but the 4WD wont work again, which doesn't bother me, but since then my truck feels like its been dragging a little bit.
Is it possible that the encoder motor didn't shift all the way to 2WD and the 2WD light shows still?
Could it even be related to the transfer case,
Or could it be something with the OBD and therefore I should disconnect the battery?
The third one i just thought of while typing, i might try it.
Just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similiar to this, I drive a 1998 blazer with the 3 button 4WD. Thanks for the help.
and also, the power difference was instantly. and there is no check engine light on, or codes coming up
