Blower Motor
Hello All!
So, I have a 95 Blazer and today the heat went out. I'm 100% sure it isn't the resistor because I bought one and replaced today. tested the motor and it isn't even kicking on. So I am thinking about changing it myself... looks pretty straight forward, I need to take out the VCM and move the coolant tank to to get at it. I can get a new motor at the local parts store for all of $32. I called around and the shops in my area want to charge me well over $200 just in labor.
I am not even close to being a mechanic, but I have replaced things on my Blazer before and got great results. So I am just wondering if this is as straight forward as the repair manual makes it out to be or should I just take it in and pay for a professional to do it?
