Default Brake Drum stuck on brake shoes

Was about to change my brake shoes last night, but I could not get the drum past the brake shoes. The drum is nut stuck, it's just the shoes won't let it slide off. I read that I should screw in the adjuster making the shoes let go of the drum. I can't find a access hole on the back side, no rubber plug. Could it be that these brakes never has been serviced and that I need to punch out a metal piece? I don't know how I found it, but doing som deep googling I came over a write up, saying that there would not be a rubber plug on the back side if they never were changed. And that I needed to punch out a little metal piece?

I see two outlined slots on the lower part of the back plate.

the rubber plug comes with a NEW hardware kit and yes you need to punch out the metal piece in the back . also when the shoes are that tight dont force the drum on
