Default Can Someone recommend a good hub bearing?

Ok, so about 2 years ago I replaced my right front hub bearing because it was shot. I used Timkin. I am now sitting with Low speed ABS activation because the sensor is out of spec. (it's reading 887 ohms and my book calls for 1125 - 1400 ohms). It kinda chaps my a%% because the bearing is fine but, I almost rear ended someone today so enough is enough.

if you just need the cable check local yards...they can be swapped out.
in the mean time you can disable the abs..you will get the dash light though..

edit:
have you tried to clean them up at all? somtimes corrosion gets in there and messes with the offset of the sensor to the exciter ring

i have a 99 and i have a collection of cables because i chew up hubs.

let me know if your interested. i can send ya a couple. if you in the lower 48 it would be worth it but if you in canada the shipping would be prohibitive.

i dont see why the 99 cable and the 00 cable would be diff.

I guess I missed something here. Do you have an ABS Light on? If an ABS sensor isn't working it should throw a light & the system should go into normal brake mode. I'm not following almost rear ending someone. The brakes should work as normal brakes without ABS, at least mine do & have on my 98. Replacing the sensors is common but also di-electric greasing the connections helps. including into the ABS Unit.
