Default changed the fuse and still doesn't work.

My service engine soon light is on, I have a 98 Chevy Blazer LS. I took it to see why the light was on in the process I had to change the fuse for the cigarette lighter for them to try and get a reading, well i changed the fuse and the lighter still does not work so they can not do a reading. Anyone know what else i can do to get the lighter to work? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

did you replace it with the right fuse? 15A it has to be, check the AUX power fuse if you have the 2 aux outlets. Also make sure theres nothing down in the outlet that could be blowing it

Yes, I replaced it with a 15A fuse. I think I checked the AUX fuses as well but I will double check

Ok, I have checked the AUX fuse and all other fuses and all are good, so needless to say i am still stumped. Could it be something under the hood in the fuse relay box?
