Defroster Vac hose

Default Defroster Vac hose or Vac acuator?
When I turn my front defroster on it blows half out the defroster vent and half out the cab vents. I think it's a vacuum hose or a vacuum actuator...I'm also having 4wd engagement issues. Any tips?

Manual or automatic climate control?

Typically, when there is a vacuum issue, the system defaults to the floor & defrost, but more towards the defrost.
