Do any of you know if there is a way to bypass the delay on the interior lights turning off once you shut the door? It is so damn annoying that I cannot set my alarm until a few minutes after I get out. What really sucks is when I forget to set it at night because I had to wait to set it. I have a lot o bucks put into the interior of this thing and i would hate to lose it all because the damn dome light didnt shut off and i forgot to arm my alarm later.

ive been searching for this answer myself. one time i didnt realize the switch was indeed on and the inside lights were on for hours. dont know why g.m. (and others) thought it was a good idea for the inside lights to remain on after the door closes.
