Driver's door only opens from outside

Default Driver's door only opens from outside

I took the door panel off, seems like none of the clips are broken anywhere and everything seems like it's moving properly when I pull the door handle from the inside, all the rods are attached, but I have to roll my window down to open my door. Do I need to replace this part:

Sorry for the slow response time. Forum problems at the beginning of the year meant a lot of new posts got missed. I do hope that you have cured your problem by now, if not, see below.

That part is for the rear window actuator in the tailgate. Not for the side doors.

I would say that something has to be messed up in the latch itself if all of the rods are connected and pulling on their appropriate arms...
