Hey guys,
I have a 2002 2WD Blazer with an exhaust leak at the flange where the y-pipe meets the manifold. I want to go ahead and get the gaskets (and probably new studs/nuts) ahead of time. A quick search gives me 100s of different types of gaskets and I'm not sure which is the right one. Autozone has the FEL-PRO Exhaust Flange Gasket 61014 listed as "Pipe to manifold" so I'm thinking that might be it, but looks huge compared to what is already on there.

Also, if anyone has any tips for getting to the passenger side studs to get them loose I am really looking for ideas. The best way I have right now is a wobble socket and a long extension. I don't think I'm going to be able to get enough torque with that to break the rusty studs loose.

I've been looking for the same information. This is the first place I've seen it all in one spot.

 

I'm still not sure if they are the right gaskets. The wobble sockets I got aren't deep enough to get the studs off. I'm really at a loss of how to get the passenger side studs loose. They are tucked way up in there.

 

That appears to be the correct gasket.

Sometimes, it can take a strange combination of wobble extensions, wobble sockets, and universal joints to get up there. But it is possible.
