Fan not blowing

Default Fan not blowing
My 1998 Chevy Blazer's fan isn't blowing, with A/C on or the Heat on, sometimes it might turn on for a bit, but cuts out again after a few mins? any suggestions?

the blower motor sounds bad. See if it has a relay and check that first.

where is the relay located?

I am not sure if it has one just for the fan but on the side of the a/C box under the hood there is a small metal bow with wires going to it. That is the only relay I am sure of.

Could also be the resistor circuit

relays are mostly found in the fuse box, at least thats were mine are at
