Fast right blinker

I performed the GM driving cycle (and so did my mechanics) many times, and it did not reset the monitors.
The monitors were also not resetting before the secondary air pump was replaced. The mechanic did replace the fuse near the fender.
I still don't think that explains the EVAP issue? I did have the filler line and gas tank replaced about a month ago.

Performing the driving cycle duplicates driving patterns that the PCM must see before it will run and complete each monitor. If the steps are not performed exactly as written, not all of the monitors will run and complete their tests.
The steps do not need to be performed in order. Each step must be performed exactly as written. The driving cycle works, trust me, if I've done it once, I've done it a thousand times. If a monitor doesn't complete, I messed up. It takes careful planning and practice.

May help to have a little more info. Seems that you have had a number of issues and it might be helpful to know what's been done and why. Gas tank repairs are EVAP related. There is a pressure switch on top of the tank. 2A is injection pump related and has two fuses and is also part of the emmisions system. Better go back and see that the repairs were diagnosed and done right.
