Default firewall hole

after looking under the hood at the firewall several times i still can't seem to find a sport to drill a hole for about (8) 16 gauge wires to go thru.

maybe you guys found a nice spot.

i am still baffled................................

if i jacked up the front end, would that give me any better areas to drill thru ?????????

What I have done in the past, which may be bad practice, but its worked for me. I look for an existing hole thru the firewall where the plug seems to have plenty of room around it. Pop that plug out or open it up a bit with an exacto knife or similar, run my new wires thru and then reseal with some silicone. You of course have to be careful with what is running thru the existing plug exactly but it has workd for me on several different vehicles.

Hope it helps

There are some nice spots around the glove box IIRC.... and there are one or two near the drivers side....
