Default Flashers not operating properly

I'm working with a 1995 blazer.
Both the left and right blinkers flash rapidly. I'm pretty sure its the flasher relay, but not 100%. I couldn't find any other post about someone experiencing that. Also, I have been finding conflicting info as to where the flasher is. Can anyone confirm if its behind the glove box or under the radio? Its negative degrees out here and I'd rather not go on a wold goose chase lol thanks!

There are turn and hazard flashers which are both listed as “Convienience center behind center of I/P”. Besides those two flashers, the Turn/hazard switch is also involved. Under what conditions does this happen or not happen?

My hazards just don't work at all. And the turn signal just blinks rapidly when I click it on. Left or right, doesn't matter. I've verified I don't have a bulb out. And it is every time I use my blinker

Check the Stop-hazard fuse 1, 15a in the I/P fuse block for the no hazard problem.

If you are certain that all of your bulbs are working then next up is the flasher(s). Check the hot side voltages to the flashers while your in there.

If that doesn’t do it then you need to check some voltages and or the turn/hzd switch. let us know.
