Does the grinding go away when you turn left or right? If so, which direction causes it to go away?

I've had the same issue. I chalked it to really cheap crappy ceramic pads. My noise varies depending on temp, and when I turn. The left front creates crazy dust unlike the others. It also may be a stuck caliper.
