Any part can fail. What counts is how likely that is to happen. Cheap parts, MUCH more likely and especially some makers. AC Delco/Delphi most likely to last.
Nothing personal.. but we will not let later readers take your advice without a fight.

You're new here.. you'll learn. If you pay attention. There's no longer even a discussion about it. Only discussion is wondering how the maker of the most sold fuel pump sender assy stays in business.
If you insist on evidence I can do a search for you.
