fuel pump electrical, maybe

The pink wire at the ignition module has no voltage when it blows? If that's correct, check the pink wire at the following places and see if you have voltage when it blows:
Crankshaft position sensor
Fuel injector connector, (all 6 pink wires)
Ignition coil
Connector "C1" pin B10 at the PCM.
Ignition must be in the RUN position when checking for voltage on each of these circuits.

Ok, today I followed the pink wire (power right?) from the Ign. module to the crank. pos. sensor and found this. The loom was melted to the manifold and the pink wire was burnt/ melted also. here are 2 pics, kinda blurry but you can see the burn area a 1/2 inch above my hand. I believe this is it. Hit a bump it would blow. Sounds about right, ya think?

Bingo! That's it. The pink wires are individual, seperate wires that run directly from the underhood fuse panel, (each has its own pin on the underside of the fuse panel) to each of the components that I mentioned above. If any of those pink wires short to ground, the fuse will blow, (the exhaust manifold is ground). Repair the bare spot and reposition the harness away from the manifold.
