Default Fuel pump is making high pitch noise

2000 Blazer LS, 156xxx miles.

It is hard to start at first time no matter morning or night, after few attempts then drains the battery out, by using the jump start cable it can fire up. Engine is not willing to rev up but stalls a little at 3k-4k range if pedal to the metal when in park, not even mention in drive. Once it starts and as long as the engine is warm enough it can start right the way. when engine is runing I can hear the winning high pitch noise from somewhere near the fule pump, check this video.

I have changed all spark plugs, fuel filter, seaformed in past 1k miles, no any luck. Have mechanic checked fuel pressure they said it was good but alternator was overcharging.

Do I need to double check the fuel pressure? or the fuel pump is going to out because I never heard the winning noise before its hard starting issue. Or anything else I can do for it on minimum cost(DIY)

Every input will be thankful.

Other than the fuel pressure test, mine did this when I installed a new one. Had a kink in the line exiting the pump
