Default Fuel sending units

Okay; 1995, Jimmy, 4.3, auto 4x4, 2 door; fuel pump is delphi FE0114; but it seems the fuel sending unit which I want to replace comes as a Spectra brand FG03F; the delphi catalog says their FL0255 is the right one but the pipes on the top are different than what is on my truck, granted what is on it resembles the Spectra. So is the FL0255 and FE0114 what my W code GMC is supposed to have? Certainly looks that way on the parts pictures from the dealer.

Well, I tried to help but what a ClusterFrap that is. Apparently the 95 is the only year with that configuration so who knows what is right.
Suggest you go to rockauto and check all their offering for your truck. And then decide. Some may be wrong but you pick one of those whose specs configurations agree with most the others.
The Fuel pump is right from what I see on several sites from a google search. Whether it will fit a Spectra... who knows.
And when you get the new pump and assy in your hands.. bet a buck you'll be back with a new issue.

That is what I plan to do after work today, get under and trace lines to and from; I double checked the wiring prior to dropping the tank, so we shall see. I have a fellow who says he will sell me brand new delphi hanger assy with correct pump for $199.95 shipped. That is too good a price so I am double checking his assumption the pump is included. anyway, still having fun so keep going.

I owe a dollar. Turns out the assembly was an ac delco so I put an ac delco pump in; no problem with lines or wiring; but would not run the pump with the ignition on, had voltage in the rear; I could get it to run with direct feed and in the process found the ground wire was not good; so rerouted the ground wire to a good ground and it starts and runs though at 3k rpm; I have cleaned the IAC and found it out of the measurement area; so thanks for the help, just good to talk out thoughts; ac delco IAC should be here Wednesday.
