Have an '01 4Dr. Just bought last week. Went to fill up with fuel. But no matter how you place the fuel nozzle in the tank. It wont take fuel unless it's trickling in.........

tried a different pump also..

Any Ideas????

Sounds like your tank is not venting properly. Check your vapor recircualtion lines to make sure they're not blocked. Do the same for your carbon canister, sometimes when the tank is overfilled past its rated capacity (force filled by slowly trickling fuel into the tank) liquid fuel gets into the canister causing a blockage. I believe the canister is located at the back on the left side just behind the left bumper end. One of the recirculation valves could be stuck in the closed position, try tapping the tank from the bottom and sides to release and open. I hope this helps.
