In the spring time when my blazer was stock I was getting 16/17 mpg city with 130k. But that was righ after I did plugs/wires/cap/rotor/air filter/ fuel filter/and an oil change.

ok thx for answering my ? rriddle3.Would i see any increase if i replaced it and would there be anything else i need to look at

I doubt that you would see a measurable increase, but I've always considered changing them to be part of a standard tune-up along with the plugs. Are you having any driveability problems like stumbling, rough idle, throttle hesitation, etc? How's your driving technique, smooth and easy, or make it move now? How's the tire pressure? What does the temperature gauge read?
