Default Headlights are Out. What do I check?

I have a 95 S-10 and the main headlights do not come on. The parking lamps do however. If you have ideas on things I should check and in what order that would be appreciated. If there are good links to see pictures of any things to check that would also be appreciated. I can work on different things but do not always know what they are called or where they are located.

I replaced a switch behind the dash last year for the blinkers and it took me many trials and errors to figure out where this was. It was not until I looked on the forum did I get good direction.

Thanks.

I tried to check the ones I thought had to do with the headlights but they all checked out. My manual did not show a fuse specifically for the headlamps. They all seemed to be park lamps, rear lamps etc. All lights on the truck work with the exception of the headlights.

I thought maybe there was another place for the fuse but have not been able to find one. Also, have heard that maybe there is a relay however have not been able to find that either.

Any help in finding which fuse it is and where it is located or where the relay may be would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I did end up finding what I think are the relays for the headlights in the back of the glove box. Since I did not have replacements I went ahead and changed out the light switch on the dash. I did end up fixing the problem. I now have headlights to go along with the parking and tail lights.
